With GT-SUITE and StarCCM+ we have carefully chosen reliable and well developed tools to cover a large range of physical applications. We build up complex simulation systems using modular design principles with low coupling efforts. This results in very efficient and cost effective simulation techniques.

Examples:

Engine Warm-Up (1D): Coupled simulation of coolant , engine oil, ATF, engine structure, friction, combustion, intake air and exhaust for arbitrary vehicle drive cycles with GT-SUITE.

Engine Thermal Soak (3D): Coupled thermal Analysis of engine structure in engine compartment with turbo charger and exhaust system, coolant and oil circuit, underhood flow. Analysis allows for time accurate heat transfer trough conduction, convection and radiation with StarCCM+.
